Shipping & Returns

Methods of Shipping

Majority of orders are shipped from our Illinois and New York warehouses via US Postal Service.
Using the date of you invoice as a reference, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and another 5-7 days for delivery (based on Free Shipping Option and subject to your location).

In addition to Free Shipping on all orders within continental United States we offer the following shipping options:
Express Mail (1-2 days)
Priority Mail (2-3 days)
Parcel Post (4-7 days)

Returns / Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request return authorization for exchange or refund.

Send an email to support@okoglasses.com with "Request for Return" in the subject line. Please include your order number and product you would like to return. Returns are authorized within 30 days from delivery of the order. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Of course, you will not be charged for return of a product that is damaged or shipped in error by us. However, you are responsible for return freight of a product that you ordered in error and will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To help reduce costs and to provide good value to our customers, returns cannot be authorized for any reason after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Cancelations

Order can be canceled at any time before shipping.
To cancel your order, please send an email to support@okoglasses.com with "Cancel Order" in the subject line. Please include your order number in the email.
